Digital Wellbeing Books For Young RAF Children & Teens Now Available

Previously only available at some RAF Stations, the RAF Benevolent Fund's Cloud Nine series of books, aimed at improving the mental health of the RAF Family, are now available digitally for you to download.

The Fund commissioned the Cloud Nine books in response to research which found more than half of military parents believed a military lifestyle had a negative impact on their children and led to an increase in psychosocial problems.

The books are intended to provide a helpful guide for RAF families, to give them the techniques to promote mental wellbeing and emotional resilience as they face the challenges of growing up in a military family and can now be downloaded here on the RAF Families Federation’s website.

Some content should also be suitable for children from Navy and Army families.
