Local Church Activities During COVID19 Lockdown

Please click image to enlarge

The final guidance from the Government and Church authorities was issued on Friday morning so after a weekend reading through it, finalising the risk assessments and putting the measures in place we are pleased to say that St John the Baptist parish church building is now open during the day for private prayer.

Both Government and National Church rules currently do not allow us to have regular church services at the moment. If you do go into the church building to pray please read the information signs and follow the guidance about which areas are open for access, hand washing and seat markers.
