The recent announcements from the single Services about the regeneration of moves from 1 July onwards has led to a significant increase in the number of calls by Service personnel to the Amey Helpdesk.
This is understandable as Service families are keen to arrange Move In/Out appointments. However, the number of calls is impacting on the ability of Helpdesk staff to focus on the initial moves. We therefore seek your support in encouraging those Service personnel whose assignment is not until August or September to wait until they are contacted by the Helpdesk about their move. This approach will ensure a smooth and efficient service for all concerned.
