The Corsham WW1 Memorial Woodland At Hartham Park, Corsham

As part of Wiltshire’s centenary commemorations for the end of the First World War, Hartham Park are honoured to be supporting a wide-scale community tree planting project.
More than 10,000 trees are being planted across Wiltshire as a lasting tribute to all to our fallen heroes who sacrificed their lives in World War One, with the initiative being coordinated by Wiltshire Council and kindly supported by the Woodland Trust.
For the town of Corsham, 121 named servicemen are to be remembered with the planting of ‘The Corsham WW1 Memorial Woodland at Hartham Park’. Set within the 50 acre grounds of the Mansion House estate, the woodland will be beautifully landscaped with benches and glade openings to integrate the spectacular views.
