The Outward Bound Trust-

Amazing Opportunity!!
The Outward Bound Trust summer programme with The Annington Trust (who support Armed Forces families with accommodation).
Each year they fund young people from forces communities on our summer adventures for just £50! on a 7 day adventure, (the full cost of the adventure is £549.00).
To take part in a 7-day Outward Bound® (Serious Adventure 13-15yrs or 15-19yrs or a Discover Adventure 11-13yrs) course at one of The Outward Bound Trust’s inspiring locations in the Lake District, Snowdonia or the Scottish Highlands, contact Si Garrett at the Welfare Office as soon as possible (by 16th June 2016 if possible)
We have 5 places available to offer, so it will be first come first served.
The course is not only an amazing opportunity to discover spectacular new places with new friends; it’s also a great way to develop a host of new skills whilst experiencing real challenge and adventure. The 7 day course offers participants the chance to take part in a wide range of adventurous and challenging activities, including climbing, kayaking and gorge walking in a real wilderness environment. Participants need not have any previous experience of outdoor adventure.
The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity that uses the outdoors to help develop young people from all walks of life. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to run adventurous and challenging outdoor learning programmes that equip young people with valuable skills for education, work and life.
Once we know the names and dates they would like to do we can do most of the work and copy you in to all the correspondence. We will do the bookings and send out all the medical forms, the consent forms and information on what kit to bring and info about the Centre.
13-15yrs on the 1st – 7th August at Aberdovey, North Wales or places on the 13th – 19th August at Aberdovey.
Discover Adventure for the younger ones(11-13yrs ) at the same place 1st – 8th Aug.
